yo brothers im looking for a few guys imput on sandwhiches haha i know it sounds a little goofy but i need some input. whenever im short a meal or dont have the food to cook or just something because i like it ill have one of my meals be 3 or four sandwhiches. like before i go to bed i have three peanut butter sandwhiches. but also meats like chicken, roast beef, ham all come into play. is this a dumb idea? am i hurting my gains by switching out better foods for these? or is it not that big of a deal? let me know what you guys think!
