If your worried about blood cholesterol levels only about 1/4 of your cholesterol comes from your diet, I routinely eat 8-12 eggs a day and I haven't had any ill effects from it, everybody is different though.

Same doctors who were saying eggs are bad for your cholestrol are now saying eggs have no effect on your cholestrol some are even saying that an egg or two can have good effects on a persons cholestrol levels, and maybe tomorrow they'll come up with another study and say eggs are bad for you again....this is the reason why I lost my trust on doctors.

Fellahs, just read my previous post! Simple solution to a simple problem.
If you are pre-disposed to high cholesterol (I personally am), than avoid it! It's better to prevent a problem from ever occuring rather than getting it and it becomes life threatening.
Know your body and your family history, nothing is more important than knowledge and prevention. It's easy and REALLY CHEAP!
Eggs contain lecithin, which reduces your absorption of cholesterol, so it's good. But I would add that if you eat very high in sugar, high blood levels of insulin will counteract that and it would be a problem.
