Thanks Matt. I like the simplicity of the 5/3/1 I just need to get a few more cycles into it for my weight's to level out. Many of my last reps are up in the double digits.

I missed last week but it was a deload week so no big loss.
Here is the break down from the past week. The numbers are slowly climbing and I'm hitting some pretty high reps for working a powerlifting type of training but that's how the system works. I'll be anxious to try and max out again in 6 months or so to see how it works.

Good work Jeremy, 5/3/1 is easier in the start but its purposely set like that, in a few more cycles those weights will be up and you will be progressing in even better just keep at it bro

Probably a combination of finally eating and getting back under some heavy weights.

I'm going to add some more weight to the dips and see if I can still hit all the reps. I also started back on a solid diet again. I've had very little appetite lately but need to get back to eating 4-6 meals a day. I'll also start to kick up some cardio and see if that kicks up the appetite a little also.

I'm working on getting the diet back on point and getting rid of the crap in my diet. I find it very difficult to stay on track when either I'm not working with Tom or I have some kind of goal in mind. I need to set the Arnold as a goal to hit a certian weight and BF% and go after it.

Good training day and I'm starting to love the no straps. If I was working out more with a BB set up I'd use straps on calf raises and everything else to get the reps in, but this power lifting is an entirely different animal. I'll keep you all posted.

Finally getting caught up on the journey log from the last few workouts. Everything seems to be going well and I'm getting into some heavier weights, which is nice. I'm really nailing the accesory work as well and pushing hard to get heavier and hit my rep #'s.
This program is a good challenge, although I have decided to for go the deload weeks for a little while.

Thanks Brother. I will add in the deload weeks once I start getting to where I fel that I need it. Right now it's a little too light and I feel that whole week is kind of pushing me backward instead of forward.

I felt pretty good about the last few workouts. I've been gradually bumping up the accesory work and will start posting up those #'s soon also. I also added a 25lb weight on the last set uf pull ups from today and actually completed all 10, so that was pretty cool. All of that in addition to still nursing a sore arm from finishing up a tattoo on my left shoulder. 2.5 hrs in the chair getting it finished. I'll try and post up some pics later.
