and then rotate between that and the pills to see where i get the best result.

im glad i was chosen again becuase i think having AO will be a distinct advantage come meet day-

but i did take the updated version of AO and things are good.
since i eat the powder the taste is still a little bitter but i can tell its not as bad.. i will be mixing it with my blue raspberry storm and see how that goes on Saturday.

Same results-- energy, focus, anger haha
