DE lower today. I did squats and Agent O kicked in with full force (more on that later).

I warmed up and did the following:

Squats - deeeeep w/ wide stance
      bodyweight x 15
      135x8
      135x8
      225x8
      275x5
      315x3
      6 sets of 225x2, 90 second rests

      RDLs
      135x12
      225x10
      225x10

      Calf raises
      135x15
      225x12
      315x12
      315x12

Once I started lifting I wanted to go heavy. I decided to go to 315 for a set of squats and although I could have done a ton more reps, I had to stop at just 3. I knew that if I did more I'd want to go up in weight. I literally had to stop myself. Damn, I wish it were a heavy ME day. Agent O really helped me push today.

Tomorrow, it's over - the last dose of O. I saved the last of the powder for a good heavy day.

      A disappointing ME upper day...

I took the last of my Agent O today. I mixed a heaping scoop with about 10-12oz water along with about 5 grams of creatine mono. The taste was decent. I actually like the citrus aftertaste of O. I headed to the gym and got warmed up. Today was another bench day (raw). It didn't exactly go the way I wanted it to. Here are the numbers:

      Bench
      bar x 15
      135x10
      225x8
      315x3
      335x1
415x0 (spotter brought the bar out too far, also felt heavy as hell)
      385x2
      365x2
      135x40

After that I did some tricep and shoulder movements for some quick reps. Since my bench sucked I pushed a bit harder for more reps to make up for some of the slack.

It just wasn't a good day for me. Off days are so frustrating. Agent O kicked in and I felt focused, but I couldn't lift worth shit for some reason. Not a good day to end on to finish my run of Agent O. Looking back, though, Agent O proved to be a very positive addition to my supplement arsenal.

Well you went from 315x3 to 335x1 (only a 20 lb jump) to 415 (an 80 lb jump). I bet this is why it felt so heavy in your hands. Do you always take such big jumps?

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Regardless, it was not a great day in the gym because I just wasn't feeling 100% into training. It was an off day and I tried pushing beyond what my CNS would allow me to that day.
