Hey Brother's how are U all... I have a point on which I would Like to get all thought as possible, here it is::
Someone told me that I should not take protein powder till my diet is good like it has proteins, carbs n fats all three is a balanced quantity according to my requirements. Cause Whole Food beats supplements any day. But another Thought came in my mind that:-
I have almost 30-35% protein almost 20-30% of fat n 50-60% of Carbs in my diet, Cause of many many problem I can't manage diet well.
I thought that I might use a Protein powder to fill the deficiency of proteins in my meals.... What do u say??
Actually I want to maximize my muscle growth... N I think I need more proteins than I m having right now almost 60% of proteins So I thought a Protein powder might help...
(Protein Powder – Usually very low carbs, low fats, simply protein, used when mixed with a carb drink post workout.
Mass Gainer – High Cal , Moderate protein, moderate fats, high carbs. Used to gain weight.
Amino Acids – Building blocks of protein, used for rest and recovery of the muscles)
