Not both, just the right one. The doc said it was just a nerve thing, and gave me a shot a few months ago. With as long as I haven't been training hard, I would have thought it'd be better by now. I think I might have to go back and tell the doc it still hurts. I swear it doesn't even look the same as the left one when I'm holding a BB at waist height, like before shrugs or curls, but I got an x-ray before the shot, and the doc said it was gtg.
