Got my annual fitness eval out of the way this morning. Didn't get the score I'd hoped to, but I passed, and I don't have to worry about it for 6 more months. I thought about trying to get my light shoulder workout in today, but I'll get it Friday. Just for S&G's, here's my eveal results:
47 Push-Ups in a minute...I usually do much better than that.
44 Sit-Ups in a minute
1.5 Mile run in 12:14
37" Waist...down another half inch since last time.
As much as I hate running, I'm going to HAVE to start doing it more. I don't mean jogging, I mean RUNNING. No man should have to work so hard for a 12:14 mile and a half.
