I got sessions in w/ Seth on Thursday and Saturday, but I was too busy to log them again. These sessions are saving my ass right now. The biggest reason I started with Seth is because I just didn't have the time, or mental energy, to commit to my training anymore. It's not that I didn't have time for training, but I didn't have time to plan it all out and keep track of it, and I wouldn't put the effort into things I didn't like...like cardio or conditioning. Seth has me doing very tough workouts that get me sweating like crazy, are improving my conditioning, and I don't have to think about.
