My immediate goal is to compete in my first powerlifting comp. Running the cube method, my second wave will finish on meet day. I hope to have 405, 135, 225 (s/b/d) as openers. Hope to drop body fat as well but, that will also be a long term goal too.
My long term goal is to continue to grow psychically, mentally, and socially. I'm hoping that my gains in the gym and on the platform will inspire and push others to grow in their life.
