Well, I'm buckling down to build mass . . . I'm up 5 lbs. in the last month, and my waist is down. I can tell because my lifting belt is looser <grin>.
My first semester in NZ is almost done, and I've done better than I thought I would. Looks like a great year is yet to come for me to perfect my craft and continue learning about the human body. Sucks that I'm injured yet again in a span of seven weeks, so training the upper body will be an issue. However, I think I've finally struck the balance between the aesthetic figure and boxing performance that I want now, although I'd still want more mass. My competition speed has returned but my strength has also increased greatly. My abs are more defined since I came to this country too. In the Philippines, I was roughly 20-odd percent of fat and am now at 12% alongside the strength gains, which surprised me. The best is yet to come.
