This blows. Tore my right hamstring. Ligaments are ok, but muscle is completely ripped. Was doing standing 1leg curls, sets of 15-20. 2nd set, did 16 on left leg, then went to right and heard/felt it on 3rd rep. In a brace from ankle to hip for 5 weeks, then slowly going to build it back, the smart way. Anyone tore a hamstring before? And what did u do to make things more convienient with this bigass brace?
