Hey whats up guys the name is zach been hitting it hard for about 1 year now. My over all goal is to hit the 10% or lower body fat and 405 on flat bench. I weigh in at 184 right now and puttin up 310. i do a five day split workout helps give my shoulders more rest because ive already fucked one up. I want to put on as much mass but at the same time reducing my body fat. Im have a hard time losing lower belly fat and gaining mass to my arms
