Probably cut down, you can't do spot fat reduction, so might as well just cut. You might be holding a lot of water, either way part of being a bodybuilder is having huge legs and glutes (hard to find pants that fit). If you're more of a fitness type of person, then cut down.

I have the same problem. It generally mostly goes away when im getting on stage, but the rest of the time, i do have a big butt haha.

Bro, quit worrying so much about it. If your big legs and glutes are mostly genetic, embrace them. Find me one NFL player or Rugby player that has great speed AND power, and has small legs/glutes. Eat as good as you can, train them hard, and let the chips fall where they may.
