      Enter The Dungeon

It is about time I started a journey page. I will not post on the Universal website EVER, and will post exclusively here. There is nothing more badass than the FORVM, nor will there ever be.

I am 27 years old, stand at 6'0" (shortest male in the family, LOL!) and currently weigh around 262. My measurements and PR's are always listed on my sig below each post. Currently, I am adding some serious mass to my frame. I am below 15% bodyfat, but my abs still show.

My workouts follow a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding with a seriously high level of volume. I am talking 25-40 sets, depending on the body part. I use the 5/3/1 style of powerlifting for the basic 4 lifts and include plenty of accessory exercises along with many bodybuilding shaping exercises. Personally, I have never seen such growth in my life and have discovered this method is best for my physique and body type. I have an endo-mesomorphic body type with long arms and legs, but a short waist.

On the life note, I have currently started my own business. I am a third generation entrepreneur and come from a family of oil entrepreneurs. Personally, I absolutely hated working for my family businesses and in the spirit my fathers before me have decided to pursue my own venture. You live only once, why not do what you love? I FUCKING HATE golf, tennis, country clubs and all of that moronic, societal bullshit with a passion. My primary advocation is powerlifting and bodybuilding and my secondary advocation is big game (primarily deer) hunting and fishing. I am also trying to get my business moving so I can get my significant other to move here to Houston with me. She is absolutely amazing in a every aspect of the word. Behind every good man is an even better woman, and no truer words have been written.

My website: http://www.VitalityofLife.net. Keep in mind that the image I portray here is FAR different from my business image. I can only reveal my true self here on the FORVM. I am certified Holistic Nutritionist and have three diplomas. Two are business diplomas and the other is in Holistic Nutritional Consultation. I have no desire to pursue licensing for OBVIOUS reasons I will not get into. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding nutrition as I am a practicing Nutritionist, *BUT I WILL NOT* provide diet plans or anything of that nature. Animal and Universal supps are by far the best I have ever used. They do what they are suppose to, actually work and do not overdo ingredients that cause a number of unwanted side effects like many other companies try to do.

My previous threads have been a bit too aggressive and I feel I scared everyone to the point that they would not post commentary! I will tone it down a bit, because I truly enjoy talking to people and want ya'lls commentary! THE FORVM has been a true source of inspiration for me.

So....who's with me?!?! Come along for a wild ride regarding life, lifting and everything in between!!

Subb'd up in here. But listen now ... golf ain't just for those 'societal stuckups'! I love golf. Nothing better than grabbing a cooler of brews and hitting the greens with some friends for the day. Although I get laughed at, many times, for the way I look while swinging a club. I guess a bodybuilder's physique ain't the best suited frame for golf, lol.

LOL! I remember trying to play golf, got pretty good at it. I just couldn't take how slow it is, and I was "expected" to play if you know what I mean...

Getting nicely toasted while playing was kind of fun! LOL. Golf just isn't for me. Haha. Glad to have you here!

On the business note, I have a new Advertising Specialist that is President of the number one ad company that specializes in the specific kind of advertising I need and use. They are actually cheaper and BETTER than the previous company I used. By next week, my business line will be ringing off of the hook!!!!

      My current supplements include:

Animal: Pak, Pump, Flex and PM
Universal: Torrent Zero, Atomic 7, Beta Ala9, Glutamine and Iso Whey
Other: Vitargo S2 (the greatest carb supp), Micellar Casein Protein, Super Cissus, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Omega 3, C-1000, Saw Palmetto, Immune Renew (blend of 7 mushrooms), Super Odorless Garlic, Silymarin (liver cleansers) and Cranberry Concentrate.

I also cycle Test and Stak for 6 weeks, take one week off than back on another 6. I'll wait another 8-12 weeks before re-running the cycle. I am currently not on Test and Stak.

My Nutrition is ALL ORGANIC and I eat extremely clean. I do splurge and get sushi (typically with gluten-free brown rice), Pei Wei Asian or Ruggle's Green (Organic Food Restaraunt, love the burgers and sweet potato fries). Every so often I take my female to a 5 Star Gourmet style restaurant (you've got to treat your lady)!

Meal 1: 14 Egg Whites with 1 Yolk. I add Sea Salt and shred Unikaas Paranno Cheese on the scrambled eggs. 1 & 1/2 Cups of Oatmeal with 9-10 strawberries and 20-30 blueberries. I also add Honey Flavored Agave (low glycemic sweetener) cinnamon and brown sugar to the oatmeal. 2 Slices of Whole Grain Seeduction Bread (From Whole Foods) and use Earth Balance Butter (79% Vegetable Oils like Canola, Olive) and St.Dalfour Strawberry Jelly for spreads.
Supps: Pak (taken throughout the meal), after the meal - one serving of Omega-3, one serving Vitamin C 1000 milligrams, Saw Palmetto, Super Odorless Garlic, Immune Renew, Silymarin, Cranberry Concentrate and Super Cissus.

Meal 2: 8 Ounces of Beef Eye or Round Roast (boneless, very lean) with a chunk of raw garlic and low sodium barbecue seasoning, 1/2 cup of Gluten-Free Brown Rice with Earth Balance Butter, Raw Red, Orange and Yellow Peppers.
Supps: Omega 3 and one serving of Vitamin C 1000

Meal 3: 8 Ounces of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast with low sodium barbeque seasoning and All Natural Honey Barbeque Sauce, 1/2 Cup of Guten-Free Brown Rice with Earth Balance Butter and a few handfuls of Raw Green Kale.
Supps: Glutamine, Omega 3, Vitamin C 1000 and Silymarin.

This is typically a pre-workout meal. I wait 30 minutes than take one scoop of Vitargo S2, Beta Ala9 and Pump with Stims.
      Intra Aid: Atomic 7
Postworkout Shake, Meal 4: 2 Scoops of Iso Whey, 2 Scoops of Vitargo S2, 3 Scoops of Torrent Zero, One serving of Glutamine and 4 Servings of Creatine Ethyl Ester and FLEX.

30 Minutes after my Postworkout Shake, I take one serving of Wheat Grass (Organic of course).

Meal 5 (an hour after PWO shake): 8 Ounces of Beef Eye or Round Roast (boneless, very lean) with a chunk of raw garlic and low sodium barbecue seasoning, 1/2 cup of Gluten-Free Brown Rice with Earth Balance Butter and 2-3 Ounces of Whole Grain Baguette Bread.
Supps: Omega 3, Vitamin C 1000, Immune Renew, and Super Cissus

Meal 6: 8 Ounces of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast with low sodium barbeque seasoning and All Natural Honey Barbeque Sauce, 10-12 ounces of Sweet Potato with Honey Flavored Agave and 2-3 Ounces of Whole Grain Baguette Bread.
Supps: Omega 3, Vitamin C 1000, Super Odorless Garlic and Silymarin

I take PM 20 minutes before having my nighttime Micellar Casein Shake.

Meal 7: Two Scoops of Micellar Casein Protein, One serving Glutamine and Omega 3

      Than off to bed.

I've never counted out my calories, I have gained the distinction for portion control that my body needs to gain mass or cut. If I could guesstimate, it would be 500-550 protein, 600-650 Carbs and 70-90 Grams of Fats. It could be more or less, that is just off the top of my head.

Yep, this is what a Nutritionist eats! I am very disciplined and do not crave anything unhealthy, EVER! Believe it or not. I do not see the point of putting garbage food in your body. You cannot see gains, have energy, sleep well or perform at optimum levels with crap food in your body! REMEMBER THAT!

I guess a bodybuilder's physique ain't the best suited frame for golf, lol.
My name tells you that my arms along with my chest get in the way. But on occasion, I have won a couple longest drive contest. But I have not played in about 2 years.

PanterA, your daily intake is pretty awesome and you take in some great supps. Have you felt that taking Flex 2 times a day is better. I sometimes hit up 2 a days due to work, but have not tried 2 packs yet. Real strong man!

Thank you! Taking Flex twice a day keeps me 99.9% pain free. It has seriously loosened my joints and makes them feel more fluid. They do not feel as tight the day after lifting. The Cissus Quadrangularis also helps, but since doubling up the FLEX on training days, I have noticed a significant difference. Since I perform such high volume along with powerlifting, my body needs the double FLEX.

I've done some research, and I have found nothing resembling a Glucosamine, Chondroiton or MSM overdose. Doctor's are recommending up to 6000-9000 milligrams of Glucosamine for patients in some cases! The most typical is either 1500 or 3000 milligrams daily. The research is from both allopathic and Holistic Practitioners.

I appreciate that D! For me to experience serious muscle and strength gains, this is how I must train! It's fun as hell believe it or not =)

Also being endo-mesomorphic, I can gain mass without even trying. Therefore, I tend to keep a clean diet. Plus, like I said, I do not logically see the point of putting poorly nutrient fortified food in my body.
