I'll structure these training days like this with Comp Deads, SS Yoke Bar Squats & Rows, Thursday will be Comp Bench, 2 Board Bench & Belt Squats and Saturday's Comp Squat, Rack Pulls & possibly barbell back extensions. Trying to keep everything spread out so I can hit more Sets on the movements I feel carryover best to my Competition Lifts. Will of course stick with the 5th Set programming for everything as I'm enjoying the structure of training.
