Felt good to FINALLY be able to get some training in! No Seated DB Presses. Trying to keep pressure off of that area of the left shoulder that's still being worked on by my chiro. Not supposed to be Overhead Pressing buuuuuut I just can't help it!!!!!!! =) Pump was solid.
Have the kiddos for a bit today after work and will continue to have them on Wednesdays. No training today! Might get in some cardio we shall see.
