      Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell I knew I'd do it aaaaaaaaand well....I DID IT! LOL! FACK! Overdid it. Took care of a bunch of stuff before lifting all out doors (the heat is back, been in the 90's with high humidity) and after training I was WHOOPED! Didn't sleep so well either when I'm that damn tired. I'll lay low today and relax =) Don't have the kiddos this weekend so I plan on getting in 3 days of training between Thurs-Sun.       Tuesday: 5/3/2022 - Legs

      DANG! Been way too damn long since I trained legs. Legs were DESTROYED afterwards! Strength was down but I got in some Drop Sets in to build back up =) Been nicely sore for days now!

      Didn't have much time to train and wanted to get SOMETHING good in! No more BS from me y'all! Even if I only have to get in a shorter session like this, so be it!!!!! It's better than nothing and quite effective as proven by the soreness.

      No more excuses from me either. BP is now under control, I just need to get to getting more sleep! I've been having crazy vivid dreams lately. It's like my body is trying to rush back all at once. Haven't had dreams like that in a long time! My liver I'm correcting with some natural goodies and it's working beautifully! Can't wait to be 100% me once again =) =)

      *May not train today. Have been stupid busy on all fronts lately! Having the kiddos two weekends in a row plus scorching hot teeball games I think has caught up to me =) I don't have the kiddos this weekend so if I don't end up training today and I will DEFINITELY train Fri/Sat. My son's teeball game is FINALLY earlier in the day so I will have ample time to train afterwards on Saturday. Gotta focus on getting my body back into the rhythm it's always known and loved! It's looking like in the coming weeks the Heat Index will hit the 110 range already!!!!! Nothing we aren't used to down here but when it first hits it takes a few weeks to acclimate.       Saturday: 5/7/2022 - Chest

      Had fun helping coach my son's teeball team playoff game! WAS HOT! Poor kids lol they get so tired out there when it's toasty. They have a blast but they always wear out after 2 innings I don't think we've played a 3rd the whole season, LOL!

      My wife had possession of the kiddos last weekend so she took them home. After the game, I tried to go run some errands but everywhere was so crazy packed cause of Mother's Day Weekend I ended up just heading back home, LOL! I ate and than took an hour nap or so in my living room chair. Didn't sleep well the night before because I was excited for an earlier game =) Got up, guzzled some pre-workout and a pack of pump (no stims) and got to training!       Monday: 5/9/2022 - Accessory

      Had the kiddos yesterday! They have a swim team picture thing today so my ex and I switched days of my usual Wednesday possession.

      Hit this training session Monday! Was fun as hell! Went absolutely nuts and was blasting music. Detailed my vehicle in my garage beforehand jamming some Down and Tool. I SWEAR several of my neighbors came outside to do yard work to either hear the tunes or possibly see me with my shirt off =) They all think I'm nuts L O L!!!!!!!!!!       Wednesday: 5/11/2022 - Shoulders

      Hit this Wednesday! Am nicely sore tooooooo! Been tired lately due to the heat and some health stuff that I can CONFIDENTLY say is fully remedied (my endocrine system was slightly thrown off but was quickly remedied) =) Got this in later than I wanted and it took longer than usual. Got the cops called on me for the music, LOL! I think it's because one of my neighbor's had company over but I've been doing this for 4 years and never had a complaint. Going to look into getting an ac/heat unit for The Dungeon and they'll seal of the garage which will also help with noise =) =) FUCKERS!

      Kept training a bit more simple. Kind of liking it but at the same time if I had felt better I'd have hit more movements =)

      I've found for certain accessory movements higher Reps have their place. Plus it's just fun to switch it up or if your muscles are fatigued from heavier weights to flush some blood in there with higher Reps so they're still hitting failure or close to.

      Yes sir! Strength wasn't there, so I figured I need to get in much more volume for the purposes of gross tonnage. DEFINITELY made my Shoulders sore, LOL!!!

      Monday: 5/16/2022 - Arms

      Good session Monday! This damn heat is getting to me, LOL! It just takes too much out of me. Going to re-visit with my former contractor about cutting a hole in the stucco in my one car garage (where The Dungeon is) and install an unit for ac/heat. It won't be an eye sore and there's a small alley on that side of my home along the fence where I keep my trash/recycling cans, where the backyard on that side goes towards my fence door leading to the driveway.

      Pump was on point and I'm nicely sore =) Did less movements with more sets on each.

      Tuesday: 5/17/2022 - Accessory

      Got in some Accessory work yesterday! Pinch grip was still a bit fried from training Arms the previous day so I hit some Crushing/Wrist grip movements. Was sweating like a madman heat index was 105 and humidity was damn near 100% LOL!!!!!!!!

      Got the kiddos for a bit today so I'll hit Legs on Thursday =) Didn't have the energy to train Legs yesterday but wanted to get some work in. Body hasn't acclimated to the heat just yet.

      Training Update

      Gents,

      No training yesterday! Been a rough ass week!

      Earlier this week, a hacker/scammer broke into my banking private passport online and got into my company accounts. Thank Heavens we got all of the money back! What a damn nightmare! Still not totally done with getting all of the personal and company accounts in order.

      To make things more annoying, yesterday I drive into work and everything seems fine. I grab my Mechanical Engineer later that morning and we are headed out to meet with a customer aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand my SUV won't start!!! My ME was driving his wife's car a few days ago and got rear ended so we had to take his little dinky rental we both barely fit in. What can you do? Thankfully, the dealership I use has a service and they came out to replace my battery. They also performed a state inspection and it took 30 minutes, wow! All seems good right? Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell I went outside to pay the guy and check everything. Still wont' start!!!!!! Damn starter was out!!! At least the electronics turned on so I could shift it into neutral for the tow truck driver. My rental is decent but it's still not the same damnit! Been a pretty busy week too.

      Needless to say, I'm getting fucking wasted tonight! Really needed to train yesterday but had zero time once I got home late from the dealership plus I was exhausted from being in and out of the heat all day and had a layer of stickyness on me LOL! At least the tow truck driver was funny and cool that brought me to the dealership. My folks are at the coast and may want me to come down possibly tomorrow, but if I'm still in the rental, I'll be way too pissed off to deal with driving down there. I say that but it may be just what I need; unless, this pint up fury still resides and I WILL DESTROY my Legs Saturday!!!!!!!!!!

      Thanks! It was a pain trying to pay due to the scammer that hit my personal and company accounts earlier in the week, but that got sorted.

      My folks came home from the coast yesterday and the toilet in the guest suite above the garage burst! Spent hours with them yesterday cleaning everything up. Also, my cleaning ladies flushed my kids toilets upstairs and both are broken and spray/leak water when flushed.

      I figure things can only turn to the positive from here on out =) That or I'll snap but hey! One thing at a time, L O L!!!!!
