      Thursday: 11/10/2022 - Legs

      Hit hard Thursday! Legs were sore for DAYS!

      Will get Calves and other accessories in this Wednesday after the kiddos leave. Had to cut training short. After this week, no more training until the week after Thanksgiving! Got the kiddos from this coming weekend until the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Going to be FUN and CRAZY! Can't wait!!!

      This Sat-Mon we will be bringing them down to Heaven aka South Texas!!!!! Going to be soooooooooooooooo kickass! My son is super excited. He's been hounding his rotten mother to get him camo and she did! Even for my daughter too. We of course got them better stuff, but STILL! My boy is already into the outdoors. Every time we are at my folks, he looks at my Dad's hunting magazines and Texas Monthly. My folks even got my boy a subscription and leave it out so he can read it when he's there =) =) I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Monday: 11/14/2022 - Chest

      Pretty good session. I say that because what my chiro told me last week at an appointment is true! I had them work on my delts and pecs because they've been staying tight, pumped and sore (more so my anterior delts). My chiro said my kidneys haven't healed from the original kidney infection and the other two infections plus all of the medicine, etc I was taking. Evidently, the kidneys are heavily involved in removing muscle waste from muscle tissue during recovery. They also remove excess water weight you might be holding as well. Interesting stuff, eh?

      I was also told to take it easy, (YEAH RIGHT HAHAHA!) Instead of pushing it though, I'll continue my usual training schedule (anywhere from 2-4 days a week of training depending on my current schedule). That's plenty of time to rest and recovery IMO.

      Got some natural kidney support formula supps and some traditional chinese medicines (they're 100% herb based) that are working beautifully! Already have pissed out 7-8 pounds and more water weight keeps dropping off =) Looking lean again! Looks like I've GOT to take some kidney/support supps regularly to keep everything flowing. Had no clue the vital organs were this involved with EVERYTHING! Now I can understand how Pro BBers can go overboard and have health problems and or pass away.

      *Didn't train on Tuesday. Was drained for a variety of reasons. Feeling better rested today! Got the kiddos, going to get hit the calves and rotators. Back is up on Thursday! Getting the kiddos Friday and have them for 9 days!!!! So excited!!!

      Thursday: 11/17/2022 - Back

      Not what I was expecting! Started feeling drained before training for whatever reason. All the weight moved good but the last set felt heavier than it should have and I called it there. I'll be repeating this training session. I chalk it up to my kidneys coming back online, my body adjusting and we've got heavy rains coming tonight and tomorrow with rain Monday and throughout next week as well. The barometric pressure drop always messes with me lol.

      ANYWAYS! Going to hit Shoulders early this afternoon. Getting the kiddos later at 6:00pm and I decided to work from home today. Needed the rest plus it slows down around the Holidays. Guys are taking off plenty this week and next so YEAH! Wanting to get in a good session before I get the kiddos for the next 9 days! I'll try to sneak in perhaps one movement with one Accessory here and there just for grins and go back to schedule which is Back training the Monday after Thanksgiving.

      Tuesday: 11/29/2022 - Back

      KICKASS session! Went back to my Comp Deadlift stance/position and the weights moved beautifully =) =) Will stick with it from now on and I have no clue why I strayed from it. Did a few Drop sets too! Will start doing more of this over hitting a Secondary Movement. The Secondary Movement if it's a Deadlift, tends to over stress my body and make me feel tired. Also saves time not having to re-setup everything for a Secondary Movement! Since I'm not Powerlifting anymore, figure the drop sets and just adding more volume on the Primary Movement will be far more beneficial.

      After training and eating, I all of a sudden had my energy completely zapped. Was WEIRD! Been fighting off a virus that's got some stuff in my throat so I'll be training tomorrow and Saturday. Giving my body the rest it needs to fight this off and it's working so I don't want to throw myself off.

Tons of pollen in the air but everyone and their mother is catching the bird flu (remember that didn't exist anymore after covid?) and covid.       FINALLY have been Pressing good weight again =) =) Great session, didn't have much time to train so I moved quicker and my Pump was almost crippling, LOL!

      Had my kiddos this last weekend and my daughter came down with a 24/48 hour stomach bug. Haven't slept worth a damn in 3 days! Planning to be in bed by 8:00pm tonight, LOL! We shall see. Want to be well rested for Back tomorrow; especially, since I went back to my Comp Deadlift form and weight is flying up once again =)

      Friday: 12/18/2022 - Back

      Good session! Sticking with lower Reps and heavier weight on Deadlifts. Higher Rep sets with lower weight never has really done anything for me, so I have no damn idea why I started doing that for so long LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not saying Drop Sets don't have their place, but my body has always responded to Deads with heavier weights and less Reps.

      Sunday: 12/18/2022 - Shoulders

      Since my Pressing Strength is making a comeback, figured I'd stick with these movements for a new 3 week wave. Doing this on Bench days also (keeping some movements as previous 3 week wave). Didn't have much time to train so I knocked it out rather quickly!

      Health has improved and the majority if not all of the problems/ailments seem to be gone, FINALLY! Kidneys are back to normal and that seems to have mellowed out my liver as well. Weight is also staying down and even though I'm not trying to be lean, I'm staying pretty lean =)
