Have been slacking on soft tissue work for my pecs/front delts. Felt pain in my right inner triceps going down into my pec when I was Floor Pressing last Thursday. Not sure if it's a full on strain or what!
Going to rest up this week it's been a while. Got so much going on it's enough to make Ben Stein lose it! Body is just hurting in various places and I figure it could use a break to heal up. Been stretching my pecs/delts and hammering them with a lacrosse ball! Hopefully that'll do the trick..
I'm also headed out of town Thursday for DOVE HUNTING!!!!!!!! South zone opened Monday of this week (weird, why a Monday? Been Friday/Saturday mornings in the past). Time to slaughter the birds! Always fun to eat and hunt Dove. Plus the rain is getting old and I need to breathe some clean air =)
*We were at the coast this weekend and Saturday night the storm surge had slowly started. The water was coming over the bulk heads/docks and water came across the golf course into the street! Glad we got out because where we were the roads have flooded as has downtown and the Strand. Got the babies home and we went straight to bed! Stupid Tropical Storm Beta! The tropical storms always seem to bring flooding. We all had a blast but it's always to be better safe than sorry. My little guy woke up at 7 on Sunday and crawled into my bed and laid with me for a while =) those moments are priceless and I love every minute of it! At the coast they share a room and both wake up and than come and wake me up normally at 6:00-6:30 =) =) miss them very much at least my wife is SOMEWHAT civil and we FaceTime with the kids whomever has them.

P.S: Might get some cardio in but feeling like complete rest is necessary. AC at work is out so I've been at home too (been slow as shit at work as well), will take advantage and take it easy minus all the law related shit.
Hit it hard! Was exhausted and still am today. Have not been sleeping well big stuff going on legally. Decided to train Shoulders because no way would I have been able to perform Deads and hit the back muscles yesterday!
Training went very well. Sweet pump! Left shoulders is acting up but I'm going to try some rotator work to see if that can ease it up a bit. Pecs/Front Delts seem better since I've been hammering them with a lacrosse ball and stretching but can tell I need chiro work for sure. Also have inflammation in my left elbow/triceps area and pain in my right forearm flexor/biceps area. I'm a mess! Also having pain in my right heel but a gritty foot roller I have seems to be doing the trick for that!
Will rest up today having to gather a bunch of shit for legal stuff plus I'm dead ass tired. Will TRY to get to bed early but it never ends up happening, LOL! Will maybe be able to get Back training in Thursday but might not if I have to have legal appointments. Difficult time period right now! Can't wait for this to all be over with!!!!
*Weather has been GORGEOUS lately! Highs in the low to mid 80's with lows in the upper 50's to low 60's and not a cloud in the sky =) Sooooooooo happy it's not scorching hot anymore!

BACK DAY!!!!!!!!! Going to go pretty damn heavy as it is the third week of the current three week wave. Fullbore on here smashed a huge PR that got me fired up! Will be watching KK vids when I'm able at work =)

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell SHIET! I went a bit too nuts and messed up my low back. It's already getting better! Ice, lots of ibuprofen and muscle relaxers from my doc. Going to see my chiro Friday and really get it taken care of.
HATE note being able to train but I need to start being smarter about training. Haven't been training very much lately due to so much going on legal wise in the past few weeks. Have to realize I need to back off if I take off so much time between training sessions, no matter where I'm at in a three week wave. Now that the legal shit is over with (for now), hopefully I'll have more time to focus on training and doing stuff outside of training I need to do to stay healthy.
Work has been slow as shit. Weird how that happens; especially during this time period where I have so much going on! It was slow when I had my son too got to spend extra time with him when he was very young.

Got some SERIOUS soft tissue treatment from my chiro last Friday =) pec and low back feel great! Well, low back and legs are SORE cause I hammered em on Saturday! Hadn't hit Legs in a while and was having withdrawals. Even busted out the ole Squat boots. Kept the weights light and super high Rep, also used Reverse Bands for Squats and Leg Presses for extra protection. Wanted to go full bore but decided to be smart for a change (go figure, eh?) =) Was SUCH a blast was blaring thrash metal and going nuts cause well, why not???????? Didn't follow any previous training just wanted to get some work in and left some stuff out to avoid straining the low back. Also used the Buffalo Bar to keep pressure off of the shoulders/pecs.
Going to see how the pec holds up today! Can't wait!!!!!! Feels good to train again pain free and hell just to train. Starting a new three week wave today as well.

Pecs were still sore from treatment Friday, LOL! Decided to do more Reverse Band work to keep pressure off of the pecs yet still be able to train. Kept the weights lighter and Reps higher. Felt gooooooooood! Pecs were poppin AND I even got in some cardio! Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Yep you read that right. Gotz ta get sexay again to attract a new lady =) Being single sucks I don't care what people say, I am enjoying having lots of my own free time but still I'd rather have a lady by my side and waking up to a pretty face is hard to beat! Quite frankly, it'd be nice to have a serious lady friend that doesn't want to get married and move in not really sure at this point what I'm after. Good news is I've got plenty of time and the freedom to choose! Hell let's be honest, I'm no good on my own, LOL =)
Busted out the ole Earthquake Bar! Haven't used it in forever. Made my pecs and shoulders feel amazing after all of the chest work! Will definitely be using that bar regularly not only does it strengthen all the tendons and rotator muscles, but it gives a stupid pump! Love it.
*Will probably stick to Reverse Band Deads today as well at least until hopefully everything is healed up next week. Debating on performing Rack Pulls, may just keep em light we shall see!
**Volume will be reduced a bit but y'all will probably say it hasn't been reduced =)

Haven't felt this kind of soreness in a LONG time!!! LOVE IT!!!!!! Still hit it hard even though I haven't been sleeping well since I saw my kids last, this last Saturday for my boy's soccer game. Slipped into a bit of a depression and miss them very much. Get some time with them today though!!!!!!! Can't wait, they love coming home =) When I drop them off, my boy always runs back out of his mother's rental house and gives me another hug in my car =) =) My little girl is still in that I'm attached to Mommy phase but is coming around too! LOVE IT!
*The Deads fried my ass out! Geez! Back was NUMB! Again, kept volume lower cause I'm not trying to get re-injured and let my body heal and get used to training hard again. No cardio was too tired and hungry, LOL!

Gave the Shoulders a good trashing! The Pressing movements fried em quick! Did some Earthquake bar press and rotator work as well. Will stay on top of the rotator work as it makes my Shoulders feel great! Weight wasn't too crazy and I found a new movement to focus on bring the Shoulders back up to par =) No shrugs cause I've had stinging pain in my left rhomboid. Saw my chiro Friday and they worked on a variety of things that have been hurting.
*Mixing in some new supps into my pre-training routine. Thinking it'll work nicely =) Pump Pro works VERY well.
**Currently in an extreme level of exhaustion, haven't been sleeping well at all. New developments. Evidently, my ex and her parents are bad mouthing me to my children to the point they're scared of me when I come to pick them up. Don't worry, have some things in the mix =)))))

Was just exhausted yesterday. Took in enough caffeine to kill a small horse, LOL!!!!!! Still hit Arms hard and had a stupidly wicked Pump! Love Pump Pro (I only take one scoop or it tears up my gut).
Didn't sleep too well last night again but am actually feeling energetic. Go figure! Have Legs today! I guess I'm getting used to not sleeping well with all the divorce shit that's going, who the hell knows?

Posting this a bit late! Been crazy for me lately but FINALLY some good news legally! Still out of my mind not sleeping well, I hope that changes cause I can't take too much more of it.
ANYWAYS! Hit the Legs HARD! Pump was awesome, quads were numb! Sore everywhere. Only problems is, my glutes/low back got a bit irritated. Nothing debilitating but requires more attention. Noticed it on my last set of Buffalo Bar Squats before going to Reverse Band work. Was moving really damn quick until it started acting up. My low back must not have liked weight on my back without some assistance, even though the weight was light and I pushed the Reps. Oh well! Part of it =) nothin I can't handle! Just more GAINZ so I'm good with it. Just glad my low back didn't completely spasm and give out on me like last time.

Tweaked my low back a bit though, the bar on my back with no reverse bands did it.
Hit the Pecs hard last Thursday! SWEET pump! Pec was still tight and my low back flared up again after the Squatting without reverse bands for the Primary Movement. Saw my chiro last Friday and he hammered the shit out of those areas! Low back is still sore from treatment. Good news is I got more muscle relaxers, bad news is man they make you sleepy! I normally take them at night if I take them, they really do help a lot so it is a bit of quandary. Regardless there will still be GAINZ!
