Won't be using the stiff bar again to pull from the floor! It's overkill, plus it does nothing for me from the floor. Went for some heavyish singles and I felt my pecs stretch in a way I've never felt! Since this is for recreation and health, it makes sense not to kill myself for no reason at all =)

Back pump was still sweet! Wasn't up for training Wednesday, so I hit cardio. Really wanting to hit chest/tri's on Sat, but I have a gut feeling I won't have the time but ya never know! This training twice a week thing will stop ASAP!! Still making GAINZ though! Been crazy the last few weeks, but my usual three day a week training will resume next week.
