I've definitely been focused more on strength for the past 1.5 years or so now. It was definitely hard at first because I mostly trained as a bodybuilder/powerbuilder for 10 years, so programming was a big struggle mentally. But I've fully embraced it now. I'd like to see where I can be at the end of this deployment (should be gone Aug 2019 - Aug 2020) and compete when I get home in a meet. Of course that'll all depend on if I have an actual gym overseas or not lol.
