Hit it hard! Sweet pump. Was so amped up I had to go walk around the block a few times after training to calm down =) Unfortunately, saw no yum yums in spandex pants, but hey! Puttin out da vibe power walking around the hood with my shirt off =) My hot milf neighbors all have single friends soooooooooooo YEAH! Too bad none of em saw my Pec Pump!!!!!!! The Buffalo Bar kicks my ass! It's basically a 2" deficit Bench Press. Can only get two sets on Incline before my pecs tap out. GAAAAAAAAIIIIIINNNNNNNNZZZZZZZZ!

No training last night, gents! Was just too exhausted. Was so tired 2.5 scoops of a potent pre-workout did absolutely nothing! Had a few beers and had some tacos door dashed from one of my favorite joints =) made me happy but still didn't sleep well, LOL! Part of it.
Got the kiddos today for a bit and well be going to Heaven aka South Texas Friday!!!!!! Don't think I'll get any training in before than. I'm running on fumes but need to get out of the big city for a bit to get my mind right and cleanse my soul a bit.
