Went heavy on the Deads! Felt good! Pecs aren't used to the weight, my right pec started cramping up. Still needs more work from my chiro. Hit 500 for an easy double was pleasantly surprised! Use straps for Rack Pulls to keep pressure off of the pecs. I liked it! The double overhand grip really hammers the posterior chain! I don't like that it pulls you forward a bit, but I'm not used to it just yet.
My mutant lifter homie wants me to eventually come and join him for a Deadlift party! This is the guy that Pulls 400+ kilos. Soooooooooooo I'm trying to get my strength back up a bit on the Deadlift =) liking the training better for the back muscles too.
