Been a few weeks since I hit chest! Felt good. Kept the weights lighter because my muscle fibers gave out quicker than usual =) REALLY felt the muscle fibers stretch for whatever reason. Having a feeling Flyes and Dips will be regular staples in my chest training. Should have been doing them regularly in the past!
Loving this new style of training! Convenient and fun. I'm hitting a barbell movement when I get home, than playing with the babies and eat dinner and once we put them to bed, I head back into the Dungeon and finish up training. My wife and babies like it too =) not missing a thing anymore!!!!!!!

Solid session! Pump was sweet and I've already got a bit of soreness going on =) I've discovered minimizing rest between sets really helps the muscle stretch and fatigue faster. I'm enjoying the feeling and not so focused on so many barbell movements. This style of training also has me a bit slimmer, I've been 265-266 the last few days and have added in calories! It's also nice to lay off of stims and get solid deep sleep.
I'll also start getting in training on the weekends to keep me focused.

The wife took the kiddos to one of my baby girl's classmate's party so I got some training in! Saweet pump! Speaking of Pump, ordered a tub of the new Pump Pro and can't wait to give it a go!!!!!! Pump has always been my favorite Animal supp. Will stick with the pills for a dose in the AM due to convenience, and will take the powder before training in the evening.
*My babies allergies are acting up so they were coughing and sniffling all night last night. Dragging a bit today due to lack of sleep.

Got in a solid session despite having plenty going on after work! Hit everything once the bebes went to bed. The Pump from Pump Pro was absolutely wicked!!!!

Didn't get in as much training as I would have liked, did a bunch with the kids and family so I was a bit wore out! LOL! Had a blast. Went to see Frozen 2 Thanksgiving morning (bebes were crazy in the theater, LOL!). Went Friday afternoon and back down to the coast to see a Lights event with the in-laws and checkout Moody Gardens. We were all over the place =) Always fun wearing the babies out, but not fun when they're super tired and fussy, LOL!
Hit up some back on Thanksgiving while bebes napped to get my appetite going strong!

Caught a bit of a cold! Fortunately, I got some meds in me before it became full blown! Already feeling better today after one dose. Will hit Legs today =)
Didn't sleep so well Monday night, my son forgot to turn off one of his toy walkie talkies and the battery started dying and making all kinds of noise at 3:30 in the morning! LOL! I thought it was a damn cop in our back yard or something. My wife thought it was a smoke alarm and our house was on fire! L O L !!!!!!!!!!!! Never stops but its so fun at the same time.
Just had enough energy to hit Squats than Calves after putting the bebes to bed. Got a damn pacific cool front that blew in and is bringing in all kinds of allergens and my head is all kinds of messed up! Part of it! Will still get some training in regardless.

Thanks! Yes so you feel my pain! The fronts from Canada don't bother me, this front from the pacific is what has me stuffed up. Damn leftcoast, LOL!

Just hit one movement yesterday. Allergies are still crazy and figured I'll rest up until next week. Part of it! Had a nice pump though =) strength wasn't there so I hit a few drop sets for grins and GAINZ!

Hammered the ole GUNZ! Felt good, triceps are kind of sore already =) Was still dragging a bit yesterday but am feeling better today. We got another cold front which is NICE! Yesterday it was 83 and humid, set a new high record for December (can you hear me rolling my eyes?).
Short training week as I'll be heading out of town Thursday to Heaven aka South Texas =) Super excited!!! Going to be cold and the deer will be moving!
The wife wanted to use some ground beef we had so we had Burgers =) She also got an air fryer and we will be trying out recipes for chicken and fish! As the kids grow older we have more time to focus on improving recipes. Before it was tasty stuff we could make quick or whenever my wife had the time! Hot meals are tough when the babies are very little =)
