Many thanks! My best Overhead was 350 when I was still Powerlifting and that was done strict. I bend my knees slightly before Pressing up the weights these days. Gives you a slight advantage to get the weight moving off of your chest. Also helps you get a rhythm when repping heavier weights. It's about the Pump now as opposed to Strength =)
Nothing gives the Shoulders a more wide, cannon ball look than Barbell Overheads! Helps push up the Bench Press too.
