Im envious of your home gym right about now....trying to find ways to do bodyweight stuff around the house and ark with all the gyms closing down.
Sorry to hear that! Do you have bands you could use?

Glad to hear it! If you have the space and the funds, you can slowly acquire what you need for a proper home gym over time. It's what I did and I haven't looked back since =)

LOL! We are laughing the loudest now, aren't we =)
Soooooooooooooooooooo a big time Doctor in NYC is treating super ill coronavirus patients with Vitamin C drips and ZPack (used for mild viral sinus infections). Sounds like a real pandemic.....
Back to training! Had a sweet pump! Felt good. The Floor Presses fried out my pecs pretty good! Had to really push it on the other movements.
Pre-Workout:
Upper Band Stretching & Lower Static Stretching
Got in some cardio last Thursday! Not much training until yesterday. Babies schedules have been all over the place but I think we've got them back in their routine.
Did something I haven't done in quite some time! Hit two Deadlift movements =) My entire back is already sore. Pump was WICKED! Love it. Definitely drained me since it was a shock to my CNS. Not to mention all of the weird fluctuating weather lately and all aerosol allergens being very heavy.
Pushed the weight too! Tired of pushing little bitch weight!!! Tried Rack Pulls from the lowest setting. Just high enough to keep the weights from being on the ground so you really don't get much power from the floor. Reps felt like it was a grind the entire time! Will have to keep those in the mix they felt awesome but were exhausting.
Last few nights of sleep have been sub par, but still feeling okay! Want to keep the training going so I'll feel normal =)
*I let my mutant 220/242 lifter homie borrow my Texas Deadlift Bar since he's training from home. I told him I better see some damn PR vids on IG!!!! https://www.instagram.com/p/B-NvUQ5gjTh/ So you know what he did? The man Pulled 820 Pounds for an EASY triple! SHIET!!! He did use straps, but it's per his coach Josh Bryant and Josh is one of the best coaches out there and knows damn well what he's doing! So I won't question his methods but I did mess with my lifter homie a bit for grins =)

Hit legs hard yesterday! Felt good to get in some volume. Pump was solid!
After I ate and the kids woke up from nap, we went over to our neighbors pool for 1.5 hours. Always fun! Beers in the pool for Datty (that's me) and swimming wears the bebes out =) Trying to make the best of this whole overblown V for Vendetta style government power grab situation.
Crushed arms yesterday! Had a badass pump! That concludes this 3 week wave.
Very tired. Babies woke up last night, had to bring our little girl in bed to calm her. Would like to get in some grip work and abs, but doubt my energy levels are there to do so. We shall see!

Upper Band Stretching & Lower Static Stretching
Make sure you’re getting your rest. Keep that immune system humming. Had a couple nice days there.
Thanks, will do! Been partying hard on the weekends like everyone else, LOL! Plus getting extra attention from the wife being home too =)
ANYWAYS! Will be resting up today. Possibly some cardio but no lifting, energy levels are not there. Constant weather changes don't help either!

Will do, thanks! Everything will be back to normal before you know it. They already have 5 treatments for coronavirus. Once Trump and the medical community start hammering on the FDA, they'll have no choice but to start approving all of the treatments. The globalists won't be allowed to take advantage of this crisis =)
AWESOME session! Had a Benchapalooza. My upper body was just HURTING! Having hit that much Pressing in quite some time. Felt gooooooooood the pump was psychotic! Just now recording this today because yesterday after knocking some work out, we went swimming in our neighbors pool with da bebes.
The bebes were WORE OUT after playing in the pool! Haven't been napping as much so they've been sleeping in from 7:45-8:30 lately! Has been nice, but doesn't give the wife much of a break. Guzzled a ton of beer yesterday, was much needed. Been very pissed off lately at how the human race is reacting to this mild virus that's killed 3-5% of what the regular H1N1 flu has so far this year.
Will get back to training today! My little girl woke up 3 times last night. Running on fumes today but will still hammer some training!
Pre-Workout:
Upper Band Stretching & Lower Static Stretching
WICKED PUMPS!!!!!!! Geeeeeeeeeeez! These last two training sessions have left my body feeling a level of soreness one can only experience when they first start lifting! Love it, love the sensation. I've also been gaining a bit of weight which leads me to believe I'm adding new muscle. Got tired of the lighter weight higher Rep stuff. Bodyweight is 262-265 depending on the day and even a bit more lately due to the heavier lifting. Still slacking on the cardio, but I will work something out.
Tried Hatfield Squats yesterday and LOVED EM! Really hammers the posterior chain. Have had the sneaking suspicion that with the weight loss I've gotten a bit weak, I plan to correct that IMMEDIATELY =)
Not sure if I'll be able to train today, doubt both babies will nap they both slept in (my son didn't nap yesterday, but my daughter is growing so she's sleeping more and eating a TON!). If they do it may be considered, but need to get caught up on work stuff. Also my baby girl woke up several times last night. That's two nights in a row so I'm dragging quite a bit today even with stims. Plus the neighbors are coming over for fajitas and are bringing Tequila later this evening! Might get very interesting, LOL! I'll take it easy on the liquor, beer seems to be a better friend to me =)

Sell me on the bands. They’ve always seemed gimmicky to me. Maybe because I usually see some kid using them who needs to focus more on the basics instead of playing with toys. You use them routinely though and you’re a strong guy. What are you getting from them?
