DO IT! Back training with multiple Deadlift movements is almost as satisfying as Leg Day training. Been hitting Good Mornings on both Leg and Back days because lately they've been spaced out 7-14 days from each other. NOTHING has ever worked my posterior chain harder than Good Mornings. Been training them stiff legged lately to work the erectors more. The Safety Squat Yoke Bar REALLY tries to tip you over forwards! Have also been letting my knees track further forward so my Quads get more work in on Squats, I have LONG legs and a short torso so I have to naturally sit further back in the hole to achieve proper depth.
My German CEO/Business Partner is here Tues-Thurs because we've let several people go. Hearing his German accent always reminds me of ya! He's from Dusseldorf and I'm not going to pretend I know the different accents of Germany =) very familiar with the different English accents but not German. I have noticed Easties talk a bit slower and more high pitched though =)
