My 14 year old son is looking to gain some strength and weight for football, he is going into high school next year. He has been lifting for about 6 months and wants to take creatine. Do you think creatine is okay for a 14 year old? Also, I take Pump daily and so he asked if he could take that so my second question is do you think Pump would be okay for a 14 year old?
