Squats- 5 x 10
Box squats- 2 x 6
Lunges- 2 x 8-10 suoersetted with Bench step ups
Leg Extensions- 5 x 15-10, double drop set at end. 3-5 sec holds at top of each rep

And that痴 a wrap for squats for 2017. Really just wanted to get in and hit some reps @ 315 and that痴 exaxtly what I did. Going back later for some cardio & abs
