Great day. Really happy with bench progress. It's never been anything I've focused on (bench strength) as a bodybuilder. Decided this year to really start focusing on flat pressing to add more size and strength. I was looking on my phone and back in March I benched 235 for 5. Tonight was 2 sets of 385 for 2. I'll take it. I should absolutely hit 400s by end of the year (should be there by November)

Good, solid day. I wasn't sure where to take my DL after missing 2 weeks ago. Last week ended up being more of lighter weights for pulling movements and then a second workout later in the week of bodybuilding-style stuff. Instead of making a bigger jump this week, I went up 10lbs and got a triple. Continual progress is all I can ask for. I think after next week, I'm going to make one more big push for the end of the year and see where I'm at. Probably test myself on all 3 on New Year's Eve to give myself a good starting point for 2018. Goals all year still have been to get squats & deads back over 500 and bench over 400 for the first time ever. Absolutely feel like I'm there

Basically just a side delt day. Needed a quick workout because I had some work to do on the wife’s car and needed the daylight. Front delts are pretty sore and didn’t want to hit rear delts today after back yesterday (I’ll give them a good workout this weekend) so it was more or less just side delts today and some pressing lol

Solid workout. Made a trip up to Indy Friday and came back Sunday, so pretty stiff all around from being in the car 22+ hours in 3 days, but still got a good one in. Haven’t done Jefferson squats in a long time but I think I’m going to start adding them back in more regularly for an additional way to hit the hamstrings. Going back later for Bench/chest. Not lifting tomorrow so I can take my sons trick or treating and then I won’t get to lift Thursday-Sunday; trying to get it in this week where I can.

Getting ready for workout 2 today and messed up making my shaker cups. Poured a scoop of blue raspberry Fury in my smaller cup (the new Animal mini shaker). Grabbed my Atomic 7 (raz lemonade) and accidentally put it in the same shaker lol. It’s an interesting flavor combo ..
