dude, i do 1hr mon-sun on stepmill, and another 30mins 3x during the week. Im pretty much the stepMASTER lol

HS shrugs- 2 x 12 (only able to get in 2 sets, my son was screaming/crying in childwatch, so i ran up and got him so mommy could finish her cardio)

Good day. Staying pretty strong on the military press, still stronger than Bruisers bench press. Pretty solid day today. Pulling back the ropes a lil on the volume to hold on to more mass. Less overall volume, heavier weights, nice n full

Good workout. Not posting much, up in Indiana with a very sick grandfather. Forvm just isn't too important at the moment, but wanted to make sure to keep track of my journey. Diet has been decent recently. "Cheated" all weekend. Not bad foods, just not keto. Was at Ft. Bragg in the field all weekend long, so had no choice. Left from Ft Bragg to Indiana Sunday. Fun times

Didnt do much calves today, just wanted to get some blood in there to loosen em up, stiff from the drive. Had a good hammy workout. Decided to split hams and quads for a lil while, we'll see how it goes.
