Yeah, it was like 15 or 16 sets, just really stuck with what felt good. Which is why I only hit the seated rows for 3 sets, just didnt quite feel it like I wanted.

Good day. Just feels good to be moving some weights with the delts again. Still almost moved the entire stack on the presses for 10, not too bad for first day doin presses in months. At least im a smart young guy who understands not to hurt myself lol

Was going to go for a 20-25min walk around the neighborhood, just to burn a lil more cals, but about 4 minutes in I ran into my dad who was walking their dog, and ended up talking to him for a while lol. Bad part, wanted to do cardio. Good part, got to talk to my dad some. Even though we live in the same neighborhood, still hard to see eachother alot with both of us working all the time.

Talking with my dad is no issue; he's retired and I live at home! But when I see my brother at the gym I typically slow down a bit and talk with him; sometimes we only see eachother 30 minutes a week so I do what I can.
