Was going to go for a 20-25min walk around the neighborhood, just to burn a lil more cals, but about 4 minutes in I ran into my dad who was walking their dog, and ended up talking to him for a while lol. Bad part, wanted to do cardio. Good part, got to talk to my dad some. Even though we live in the same neighborhood, still hard to see eachother alot with both of us working all the time.

Talking with my dad is no issue; he's retired and I live at home! But when I see my brother at the gym I typically slow down a bit and talk with him; sometimes we only see eachother 30 minutes a week so I do what I can.

SOLID workout. Banged out the reps today. Never tried doing 21s on a preacher bench, felt good but awkward since it was the 1st time. Will prob try again though, bi's are really really sore

Those tricep extension machines fuck with my elbow. I was using one today, and I just can't get the feel for it either.
Nice gun show Michael. Maybe it's my height/long arms, but I have yet to find a tricep extension machine I do like.

Great day. Since im doing 2 back days a week, one is more volume aimed towards stretching out the lats & fillin em with blood. 2nd day is just about raw thickness & moving weight. Mission accomplished today. Set a pr on overhand bbell rows, and when I got to the HS row, I maxed it with 5x45s, plus filled the handles with 10s & 5s until I couldn't fit anything else. FUCK YEAH.

ive underhand (yates style) rowed it many times + more, just never tried overhand w/ that much

Congrats on the PR! You ever tried hitting them OH and then rest/pause and do the rest UH (or vice-versa)? Recommended.
I've never thought of trying some deadlifts after I've finished with rows... I may steal that!
Never really thought of that. I hammered my lower lats enough on Mon with a lot of underhand work, no real reason to do revgrip rows 3 days later. Yesterdays workout was more about thickening up the upper back. Before I get ready to train, I check out w/e bodypart it is in the mirror to see where I feel I need the most improvement in that area, and draw up a workout around that. And I did the deads because I already had 315 on the bar, and was real jacked up from doing the ohp, so figured "fuck ya why not" lol
