Really good day. My buddy Russell came into town so we grabbed a workout together. Didn't know how it was gonna go, i'd only had 2 protein shakes all day, SUPER busy all morning long. But it was a awesome workout and felt very, very strong. Moved alot of heavy weights today
Im starving just thinking about only 2 shakes before a workout! Nice work!

I use to LOVE Speed Stack! Haven't drink that stuff in ages, found Uni and Animal supps =)
That stuff always made me sweat buckets! Fun to start swigging as I was heading toward the gym and sipping on it throughout the workout though.
Ya man, I love me a speed stack lol. We sell alot of them, so I always have them in the cooler. I don't think that's anti-univ, since they don't make a product like that. But either way, they taste good and work lol

Crazy day!!! Worked out again with my buddy Russell. Figured fuck it, worked real well last deadlift day, so tried the protein shake preworkout instead of solid food, and strength was through the ROOF!!!! Everything, I felt I was just crushing. Rock solid day!!

Just because i'm always curious about the random stats... if I stick with my current diet from now until the show in June, it's only 531 more chicken meals (66+ lbs) and 1,416 eggs.. ALMOST THERE!! lol

Tonight was about loosening up the legs and hips a lot. Just alot of foam rolling, stretching, and some squats.
Squats- 5 x 12
Legs feel amazing after devoting an entire night to just foam rolling & stretching, releasing some knots and tissue up
