Ahhhh. One of my favorite topics, aminos. This is a topic where you're going to get a different opinion from everyone that answers. Personally, I'm a firm believer that you can never have too many aminos. I don't take either of these, I have in the past but found that I get better results from this stack: Universal Uni-Liver, Univeral BCAA 2000 and Universal Amino 1900. I take aminos and liver tabs throughout the day (mornign til night), with meals, between meals, and pre/intra/post workout. When I added the final piece to this amino stack, I couldn't believe the results I saw. I immediately started packing on mass, lean mass. Amino acids are the reason we eat protein and guzzle protein shakes. I don't feel that you can get too many aminos. It has helped me cut back on protein powder, and keeps me anabolic all day and night. So as long as your bank account can handle doubling up ike this, go for it. I would suggest adding Uni-Liver to the mix as well. You will be surprised.
Almost forgot. The only drawback I've found to consuming massive quantities of aminos as I spoke about, is that it gives you even more/worse gas than protein powder. And for me, it makes mine smell like I s*** in a hot metal garbage can. My wife and kids will back me up on that. From FAR back.

hahaha so true

Another way to look at it is like this. Every amino acid suplement, whether they are the same brand or not, is formulated a little differently. Meaning that your body is going to process them differently. That's why I take (counting Uni-Liver) three different ones. Not to mention that there are tablets, capsules, powders, etc. With the Atomic 7, you're getting a very fast acting, fast absorbing (being a powder), and with the Nitro you've got something that will take a little more time to hit you (being capsules).
