Bruiser, why is this thread not on your sig?!?!?!?
Use to be, but haven't done anything with it in like 1 1/2 years. Once Carrnage found the thread I pretty much stopped so I wouldn't have to douchedodge. But since he's MIA, what the hell... lets get this shit started up again.

Oh, God. I completely forgot about Carnage and all of his deleted comments and threads.

While I don't know how Bruiser is going to answer, I will say one thing: berries. Berries in a smoothie pre- and post-workout have been a tremendous help in reducing inflammation and helping my shoulder. Not to mention the myriad of antioxidant help and the other benefits of berries.
Also avoid over-processed carbs or processed carbs at all. A diet high in inflammatory foods will wreak havoc on your ligaments and joints.

I already do a red apple a day and the occasional almond snack. Lools like it's smoothie time for this guy. Thanks guys.

There's so much great knowledge on this site. Things are kinda slow right now, but it's all right here somewhere. So many great Animals sharing what they know. You can't go nowhere else in the world and have so many people support you and give so freely. Ive learned so much since I first came here and I'm trying to give back or at least point to where it's at.
