I wasn't around for the last months. had some studies, girlfriend, and self issues going on, so I never managed to check what is going on on the FORVM.
That being said, I never let down my barbell training.
I am during my off-season football time, and I plan on getting stronger, which I already started.
my lifts are not top-notch level, but they had already able to be called "decent".
body weight stands on 85kg @ 176cm.

I follow the West Side template, though I modified it so I can also practice basic football skills.
