Going to start taking Wednesday's completely off, with the exception of PVC Rolling, Rolling on a Baseball for my Piriformis, and Stretching...
Going to see how that treats me on Squat day, the only problem with that is that I will have to do Cardio after Squats, which isn't fun but fuck it... Hoping I will be more fresh for the last two workouts of the week...
That being said I will be going a little lower on my Carbs on Wednesdays...
Training and the development of strength is not a short process. It takes time, effort and sacrifices beyond what most people will ever know. What takes seconds on the platform takes years or training. One successful PR takes many hours in the gym. For every inch the bar moves in a meet hours of training have to take place. - Brian Schwab
Decided to move Squats up to to Monday, because I am active on Saturdays, and my legs and back are too tight from Squatting on Thursday... So I am going to give this a look...

You may enjoy it more than you think. I cycle or two back I made the switch from:
Monday - Military
Tuesday - Deads
Thursday - Bench
Friday - Squats
To:
Monday - Squat
Tuesday - Bench
Thursdays - Deads
Friday - Military
I took the idea from Aggression. Made sense to me to start training in the order of the events in a contest. I also enjoyed hitting the two most involved lifts in my opinion, Squat & Deads after a complete day off.
Hope the change brings even bigger things for you.

Pretty easy 8, probably had 10-11 in there, but this is supposed to be a little lower intensity, so I left a few in the tank... Really focused on bar speed and form....

I did one set of each grip before beginning to Press, then did a set in between all Pressing sets, including 1-Arm Presses & Warmup sets... Which equals a lot of fucking pullups...
I trained at a different gym in town today (Golds Gym, you have probably heard of it), because the college that I work at is closed on Fridays... Let me tell you that these commercial gyms have everything you could ever imagine in them, except for people who have the slightest fucking clue how to train... They definitely know how to dress cool... But train... Nah... I was amazed, I forgot what working out in a commercial center was like...
had to catch up on a few workouts back since i hadn't checked out your log but not surprisingly, you've been bustin your ass... nice squatting my man. as well as eerything else
