Just started my HRT today. I couldn't do the 80% of 1RM so i decided to go down to 65%. Here is my routine for today.
Chest and Shoulders
Decline Smith press 2 x 8+4
Flat Smith press 2 x 8+4
Incline SMith Press 2 x 8+4
Flat dumbbell flyes 2 x 8+4
Seated smith press 2 x 8+4
Seated Side Laterals 2 x 8+4
Barbell Shrugs 2 x 8+4
Rear Shrugs 2 x 8+4
Dumbbell pullovers 2 x 8+4
Chased that workout with 1 serv torrent and 1 serv whey iso combined.
