I havent been on here as much as I'd like to be. Finished up my first week back on the ranch in reno. Its tough being in the sun for 8 hours a day then getting a solid workout but I'm making it happen. Finally back to 100% so I jumped back onto 5/3/1. Military press from Wednesday.
