Just switched hours at my job to take over a management position, and need some help on diet. Currently precontest, and my diet has me losing right at 1lb a week, which is perfect. Heres the breakdown of today:
315am- Wake up
345-4a, meal 1
445a- at work
7a- meal 2
10a- meal 3
1pm- meal 4
Heres the problem. On Tue/Thu, I get off at 4pm. So even if I eat at 4, train around 5pm, I only have 1 meal left and its the protein shake I usually drink in the middle of the night (which has helped my midsection a lot). Should I add in another meal, raising my calories when my diet is working greatly? Should i drop the midnight shake and add in another solid meal after training, even though the midnight shake is helping my midsection out alot? I'll appreciate any advice bros
