Nah, I never did. Some of that shit they threw up on the power point would make me just stare at screen and drool outta the right side of my mouth *duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh*
Good read. The study has a small 'n,' but it is a great start, and definitely warrants further investigation.
Great stuf......
Yeah, I noticed the number of participants were small but this definitely requires some more research. Things like increased Vitamin D status, increased free testosterone levels and decreased SHBG certainly caught my attention! :D

Absolutely! All the things my doc keeps yelling at me about......
"Trample The Weak. Hurdle The Dead."
"Dominentur vestri venatus."
"Si vis pacem, para bellum."
"It's not that Strength & Conditioning is everything; it just really sucks to be weak and slow."
I hear some good feedback on this product. Perhaps boron is more integral to the formula than I originally thought.
Yeah, I saw when I searched or Boron on the different supplement sites, GH-Max kept coming up. I still wanna try that. Maybe I'll go with GH-Max before the plain Boron.

howeevvvvvvvvvvvver, in the study the participants took 10mg of boron daily with breakfast.
if GH Max has 4mg a serving then one would have to take 2.5 servings to get the reccomended amount of Boron
