20 mins pre: 1 scoop whey
Intra: Atomic 7 & Eaa Stak (2 scoops)
Immediately post: 2 scoops whey
Drive home, shower, solid food meal.
When would the best time to take my nitro be? Would it be ok to take with solid food? Just wondering when a good time to take it would be because I usually just take it during the day sometime. Didn't know if there would be a more optimal time to take it
