Look back on how they trained and you will find (without the use of muscle enhancing agents mind you) that these men routinely used bone crushing poundages 3 times a week! I personally believe you can make great gains with the full body approach. However I think I would spread them out a little more than what conventional training wisdom indicates.

Yeah and Full Body Workouts are awesome and can do alot for u if u know how to take their full advantage.... Proper rest, proper food, good and nice form and continously switching exercises when u should.
