In my opinion, your best bet would be a scoop or two pf Atomic 7 in your water while training. Then eat your banana while drinking your whey shake immediately postworkout. Best bet is to keep it simple. You obviously know what you're doing, so don't make it any more complicated than it has to be. The idea of a scoop of Atomic 7 before bed isn't a bad idea either, I've always been fond of aminos pre-slumber to heighten anabolism during that crucial recovery period.
