Leg Extenions: 2 sets: strapped a 45 pound plate to the stack, dropset to the stack, dropset another 40 pounds
Single Leg BB Lunges: 3 x 15-12
Lying Leg Pres (feet close together and pressed with my heels to hit my hams): 3 x 20-15
Seated Hamstring Curls: 2 x 15, dropset of 15 after each set
BB SLDL's: 2 x 15
