You are my favorite Bodybuilder right now, and of course "OX" is my second favorite, so its great both of you guys are ANIMALS! Its awesome to talk to you brother.
I have a couple questions
1. What does your training split look like? Would love to see it.
2. Would you recommend having a Arms day or train Chest/Tris, Back/Bis? Also what does your Ab Routine consist of ?

I would like to hear what it is like to be Frank McGrath, as you are inspiration to me and others out there. Hey Frank 2 quick questions, when off season do you tend to mix your carb sources up or does your diet stay pretty much the same? and just curious if you have any goals or plans for after the flex pro? will we be seeing you on stage more in 2013? That would be awesome!!!!

I am a college student right now. Although I get really good grades and is in a difficult major (BioMedical Engineering), I have a passion that exceeds all, which is going to the gym working harder than I can imagine then eating to the best of my ability and get the sleep that I can get. I feel that school is restricting my bodybuilding potential. I would love to hear your advice.

I pretty much stick with white rice in the offseason and contest time. In the offseason i jut eat more of it. also add pasta here and there ,
bagels, pancakes, and oatmeal.
there is a couple shows im thinking about, toronto pro and nyc pro.
