I pretty much stick with white rice in the offseason and contest time. In the offseason i jut eat more of it. also add pasta here and there ,
bagels, pancakes, and oatmeal.
You forgot about cookies as a primary carb source.
Frank, so what do you do as a job? Or do you get paid for being the legendary Frank Mcgrath? lol
I have been very luck Universal has had my back for a while. And also now flex mag putting my full time in to my career as a bodybuilder. As alot of other guys I personal train. And I have a few other investments that I work on. Bodybuilding is my passion, but I have learned I have to make a business side of it too. But if this was not my career I would still be training just as hard. Because when I'm in the gym it's the best part of my day! For life

Wrath! Really hope to see you on stage personally! Animal has always inspired, regardless of often how often gains come consistancy is key. How does your caloric intake differ from off season to comp ready?

It really doesn't change that much. Eat alot of rice, steak, chicken, egg. Contest time carbs maybe a little lower. Offseason I add bagels, pancakes, burgers, alot of sushi. Couple times a week I will do a big cheat meal, like I said sushi, burgers, pasta. But the diet stays pretty much the same the rest of then time.

I am responsible for what I have and will become, I am accountable for what I will or will not accomplish. I believe in myself, I bow to no man and my only critic of any consequence has walked every mile of this journey in my size thirteens. " - G. Diesel
I am thinking about becoming a personal trainer. I was wondering how the certification process works, and what certificate is best, or what you have. Obviously you pick up knowledge from experience. Dont think you need one or one is required. Any advice would be appreciated.
