Like many others, you were the one that brought me into this game with your freaky vascularity and physique. And after we met last year in Birmingham, my respect for you has only increased..
I would like to thank you, vinny and g diesel for motivating me last year and in 3 days time I will step on stage for my
first time. Never in a million years would I think that I would do this and you know what, I am fucking addicted now. Really looking forward to seeing you and G next week in Birmingham.
Its been long over due but finally Wrath has made it to the FORVM.... wanna say thanks to my boy G he has been my side form the begining, and i know he will be there to the end. When i was at my lowest this guy was picking my ass up...
Im here to shoot the shit with you guys, and answer your questions. So fire away...
This is a new begining for me, and i hope you all come along for the ride.
It isn't over until i say its over
Wrath
Dude i have been waiting so long for this, you are who got me started in this sport. How does your supplment plan change pre contest/off season and your diet?
Wrath, can you talk about your injuries and what it took to make your way back. There is alot of folks out there that have had some major injuries, including myself with a spine injury and surgery. Your comeback is already a major motivator, hearing about how it unfolded would be a bonus. Good luck with your show prep. I know you'll bring it!

Your the man Wrath, your vascularity is insane especially in your forearms. Do you use straps much like when training back or doing heavy traps? How about regular back lifts?
thanks man, i really dont use them that much, heavy rows or deads thats about it
Got to get on this thread Wrath is the man, Love the shoulder and forearm, look, and the workouts i have seen for him work them are killer, great inspiration. thanks man, such a true animal.
The first time I used Animal Rage was at the Cage at the Arnold....right before I did the bench competition, I don't know what the hell it does but I got 10 more reps then my last chest workout.
Right now I'm using Animal Pak, Pump, Flex and Nitro
Yo Wrath, hows the training look like for you? You prefer high volume, low volume? Oh and whats your bread and butter movements for your chest and delts?

I know how u feel man....from my first time on stage- I was hooked! When you walk out there, make sure you give it everything you got...don't hold back, be the last guy off the stage because before you know it...its gonna be over. Show them all the hard work you've put in at the gym, the early mornings, the late nights, just lay it all on the line.
Good luck!
Like so many others, you are the one that drew me back to iron after many years away. No real questions just want to soak up the knowledge. Thanks for taking the time to write it all out for us!!!!!!
What's your diet like? In the animal road trip videos you were eating a lot of fast food with soda and still looked like a monster? Are you just genetically gifted to grow and be vascular all year round from eating like that or was that a special occasion?
Thanks!

Well all I have to say is thx, your my main motivation, I have tried to send you messeges before but not sure if I had the right FB or bodyspace page ( I found out thier are a lot of fakers out thier. I have all your posters on my gym wall ect dont mean to be a little flaky fan but I admire what you have accomplished. Well anyway I dont spend much time around here anymore I just heard thru the grapevine you were going to hang out for a while and I wanted to say hi and thx. You are pretty much the guy that blew me from just another weight lifter to an absessed fanatic with real goals and real dreams.
This is long over due... I'm sure like many guys on here, I still keep a copy of your Journey book in my gym bag. Give it a look on those rainy days when I need to get my head in the game. That and a shot of Rage never fails to make for a record setting day.
Glad your here big man.. WELCOME!

Im about 6 weeks out form the Toronto pro and the Tampa pro.
First i just love to train, move some heavy ass weight, hey and what feels better then getting pumped... i just wanna be a freak. I compete for me, i love that shit, i always wanted to look like a bodybuiler. nothing feels better when you get up there and you hit a shot and every one in the building goes nuts, no better feeling.
Nice. I think most of us would agree. Ya def look like a bodybuilder, haha. Good luck, brother.
Wrath, I know it's not just one movement that gets a big back, but we all have that one that after every set you just say "holy shit that feels good". Which one does it for you?
To overcome one must push the limits, to push the limits one must have courage, to have courage one must believe.
Best of luck to ya through the rest of the prep, bro. With just a few weeks left, how much cardio are you doing at this point? 30min? 60min? Dub-sessions?
For those lurking this thread, I came across a new video from The Man Himself, training arms @ 7 weeks out: http://youtu.be/Xl4akpbJ0Eo
